As an attorney, with over thirty-eight years of practice experience, Mr. Terry developed an extensive background in residential and commercial real estate transactions, oil and gas, easements, tax valuation protests and land titles.

In his mediation practice, Mr. Terry successfully resolved hundreds of cases concerning a diverse range of issues, including, titles to real estate, construction contracts, property and casualty insurance claims, personal injury insurance claims, employment matters, probate and estate matters, divorces and child custody disputes.

Now, Mr. Terry is focusing his practice on mediation and providing right-of-way field services including route planning, landowner negotiations, procuring easements, access permits, land acquisition, title research, damage claims and the like.
