Mr. Terry is an accomplished attorney with an extensive background in real estate and commercial transactions. His current practice focuses on real estate, rights-of-way, easements and title examinations.

As an active mediator since 1999, Mr. Terry has successfully mediated a diverse range of issues concerning real estate, construction, property and casualty claims, personal injury claims, employment matters, probate, divorce and child custody disputes.

Mr. Terry is admitted to practice law in Texas and in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Texas; is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and the Grayson County Bar Association.
