Mr. Terry is an accomplished attorney with an extensive background in real estate and commercial transactions.  His current practice focuses on real estate and business transactions, business organizations, title examinations, tax valuation protests, wills and probate matters.

As senior in house counsel for one of the nation's largest financial institutions, Mr. Terry managed a diverse docket of state court, bankruptcy and federal court cases concerning contract matters, employment issues, discrimination claims, mortgage lending and bankruptcy reorganizations. In the late 1980's, Mr. Terry was an early adopter of mediation by formally mandating the use of mediation in his company's litigation management policy.

Mr. Terry has been an active mediator since 1999. He has successfully mediated and arbitrated a diverse range of issues including real estate, construction, property and casualty claims, personal injury claims, employment matters, probate, divorce and child custody disputes.

Mr. Terry is admitted to practice law in Texas and in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Texas; is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and the Grayson County Bar Association.
