Mr. Terry is an accomplished attorney with an extensive background in real estate and commercial transactions. His current practice is focused on oil and gas pipeline rights-of-way, easements and title examination.

As a mediator, Mr. Terry successfully mediated a diverse range of issues concerning real estate, construction, property and casualty claims, personal injury claims, employment matters, probate, divorce and child custody disputes.

Mr. Terry is admitted to practice law in Texas and in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Texas and is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
